If you would approach muslim families, most muslim families would tell you the story of Muhammad to be this and that. However, when you would ask them how they get the story of Muhammad, they would simply reply to you that this is the traditional believes that have down from the past.
You have to consider carefully that there is no such thing as co-incidence since those muslims that have/will furnish to you the history of Muhammad will be more or less the same and that proves the accuracy of the story of Muhammad. Not only that, the history of Muhammad that they furnish, co-incides the Cambridge of History of Muhammad and the first author of the history of Muhammad that existed in the past.
