Thanks so much for the further explanation on such an important and sensitive topic for Muslims! It is funny that they say that we need their scholars' assistance to fully understand the verses (ridiculous that believers can't grasp the meaning of the verses of their religion by themselves due to the ignorance on Arabic) when in fact, the verses are crystal clear as they were written... So clear that they need to mask words such as فرج! Of course, how to name the most inappropriate female's body part which is considered the reason of every haraam act!

This is why I wrote the literal translation on my comment. Yet they keep saying that the Qur'an contains the real and only words of God that can't be modified because His words are valid for all times...

Definitely, they needed to use their imagination to arm this verse and then, to be able to distort the meaning for their convenience! Why dont they complain about these translations? Even adding Gabriel, womb, chastity and pocket, the result is the same. Even of it had been the Angel performing such an important work, the command would have come by Allah, right? Essa would still be then the child of Allah! This proves how far words can be manipulated in order to get what you want people to believe in, follow and behwve. With the addition of Jibreel into the equation, Muslims could "play" with the intentional meaning. Am I close? With the literal translation, there's no room for doubts.

About Mustafa Khattab and his "so clear Qur'an", his translation seems to be one of the most used at this moment on the web. He is a Canadian-Egyptian imam. What a nerve to continue with this wrong chain of translations.
