WHY SHOULD ALLAH CREATE PAGANS IF THEY ARE UNCLEAN?

Who are muslims? Muslims are those that believe in Allah and the last judgment day and this definition has been accepted universally.

All children that were/are born in this earth, know nothing about Allah and the last judgment day. If there were/are infants that had/have just born know about Allah and the last judgment day, these children are indeed abnormally since how could infants understand who is Allah when they just come out of the womb of their mothers? Certainly these infants are not muslims when they have just come out of this world since they do not understand our languages/dialects. As all infants are ignorant of Allah and the last judgment day, there is no justifiable reason to prove that they are unclean or clean at initial growing stage.

We, muslims, have to preach to our children and to guide them to the right path on muslims so that they would believe in Allah and the last judgment day.
