Dhimmi No More! Thank you so much! While I am learning from your posts, more and more questions fill my mind! Because of this ayah, Muslims are commanded to pray the Salawat!

You spot on in here! Then, what should we do with the Salawat? For those who don't know this term, it refers to the sentence that is recited during the salat in the Tashahhud part to salute and send blessings TO (?) the prophet and his family! What a disaster, as you say! Also, now that Ramadan is coming, it is impossible not to remind that this prayer is encouraged to be recited before breaking the fasting, before the iftar. This mistake that you have brought up entails severe implications to many rituals, doesn't it?
